It seems like the Winter can not wait to come out and just skips the nice Fall season where it is getting colder but you only need your sweater to snuggle up. In Fact it is freezing in Germany so I thought I would share a dish that keeps me warm and is all about the fruit of Fall: Apple!
All You Need ( For one person)
- 100g of rolled oats
- 1 big apple chopped
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 cup of coconut sugar or raw sugar cane
First up: Take the chopped apple and cook it down with some coconut sugar.
While that is cooking make your plain creamy Oatmeal with Water or Almond milk ( whatever you prefer).
When the apple is cooked, combine it with the oats and add cinnamon and the rest of your sugar. Add any other fruit if you like. Done!
