Hey my loves,

tonight I was feeling like eating Italian so I made a couple homemade Pizzas for me and my family. It is super easy and sooo delicious at the same time!!

All you need for Pizza dough ( for 4 people):

1 kg white bread flour or Tipo ’00’ flour, or 800g strong white bread flour or Tipo ’00’ flour, plus 200g finely ground semolina flour

1 teaspoon fine sea salt

2 x 7 g dried yeast sachets

1 tablespoon golden caster sugar

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

650 ml lukewarm water

This is how you do it ( Its by Jamie Oliver I love it because this really works!):


Topping Ingredients (always as much as you like):

  • Tomato sauce
  • Tomatoes
  • Paprika
  • Sweet potato
  • zucchini
  • olives
  • vegan cheese
  • basil
  • arugula salad
  • Kidney beans
  • Lentils
  • Spices: Cayenne pepper, salt, oregano, pepper etc.

Directions ( you can see steps on the pictures below):

  1. If you want to have sweet potato on your Pizza put it into the preheated oven ( 200°C for about 40 minutes)
  2. Put the tomato sauce onto the rolled out dough.
  3. Add all your topings
  4. Let the Pizza bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 200° Circulating air.

Your done! You are ready for a Family Pizza kind of night.
