Hello you bread lovers out there! Buying bread can be very expensive over time and especially if you buy good bread out of the bakery like we used to. Making bread by yourself will save you a ton of money , is a lot of fun and super delicious.
All you need is:
Ingredients: For 4 Persons
- Water 500ml -750ml
- Wholemeal spelled flour, Wholemeal flour ( healthy option) or if you prefer regular flour 350-500g
- yeast ( 2 tsp)
- olive oil ( 2-3 tsp)
- salt ( 2-5 tsp depends on how salty you would like it to be)
- seeds or other things like nuts, herbs or dried tomatoes if you want to add it.
So the funny thing is basically you just mix it all together and let it sit for about half an hour so it can well. To make your bread perfect you have to find the right water and flour ratio. This means you mix so much flour with water that you get a mass that is not sticky anymore.
After half an hour you will put your dough onto the baking tray. Then leave it in the 200°C preheated oven for about 35 minutes. You have to check if its ready because it depends on the size of your potential bread.
Beautytip: If you want your bread to have a golden you put a little bit of olive oil over your bread before putting it into the oven.
